New The Brownfield Professional Available - January 09, 2007Silver Spring, MD: The new edition of The Brownfield Professional, a newsletter for brownfield and other environmental professionals, is now available free at the Institute of Brownfield Professionals website: www.brownfieldpros.org.
According to Institute Executive Director John P. Bachner, “Volume 2, number 1 compromises a variety of articles of interest to those involved with brownfields.” Included is the announcement of two new EPA publications available free from the Institute, Mine-Scarred Lands (MSL) Initiative Tool Kit and Revitalizing America’s Mills. The new The Brownfield Professional also includes an article pointing out the dangers associated with executive summaries in reports, and casual use of the word “certify.” The newsletter also focuses on recent court decisions, “professional selling,” and “Dr. English.” The Institute publishes The Brownfield Professional six times a year.
